Description: This service allows for the request of software installation required for teaching in the University’s computer labs.

Recipients: This service is available to all UMH personnel.

Requirements: To request this service, the following is required:

• Being a member of the University staff.

• Submitting the request at least 15 days prior to the software’s intended date of use.

• Providing the software and the license to the IT Services for installation.

• In the case of single-user licenses, the number of licenses must match the number of computers available in the classroom.

Service Request: To request software installation in a computer lab, a request must be sent through the CAU (https://cau.umh.es/) indicating:

• Subject and degree (or activity) for which the software is required.

• Campus.

• Computer lab where the installation is requested (if a reservation has been made).

• Start date for the use of the software.

• Software and version to be installed.

• Download and installation instructions.
