Description:
The IT Infrastructure Service offers the possibility of requesting a new extension or landline terminal for University staff.

Recipients:
This service is provided to all PAS (Administrative and Support Staff) and PDI (Teaching and Research Staff).

Requirements:
The request for a new number and/or landline terminal must be submitted by the person responsible for the budget code, through the UMH Telephony Management application.

Service Request:
The request for a new number and/or landline terminal must be made through the UMH Telephony Management application. The responsible person can access this application through their identified access.
