Delivery time, warranty, and return conditions
In general, the period will begin to count from the confirmation of the order for both lots, and the following terms will apply:

| DELIVERY TIME: | 20 working days* | 15 working days |
| WARRANTY: | 24 months from the date of receipt | |
| RETURNS: | 15 calendar days** | |
*For Lot 1: The delivery period for the equipment includes its installation.
** Returns will be accepted within the first 15 days if the product is incorrect or defective, with costs borne by the supplier. For non-silk-screened products, the requester may return them within 14 calendar days, provided they have not been unpacked, with the UMH assuming the costs.
