Since January 1, 2025, the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) has activated the roaming service in Europe, the USA, and Latin America for all mobile lines, excluding voice-only lines, data-only lines, and the Mobility Plan; therefore, it is no longer necessary to send us a CAU for its activation.

For extended stays, countries other than the USA or Latin America, or if you are going to consume more data than your current plan allows, we recommend that users purchase local SIM cards in the visited country or virtual eSIMs, such as the Holafly eSIM, which offers unlimited data but does not include calls. These eSIMs can be purchased before departure and activated upon arrival at the destination.
