Description:
The IT Infrastructure Service offers the possibility to request a new mobile number or terminal for University staff.

Recipients:
This service is provided to all PAS (Administrative and Support Staff) and PDI (Teaching and Research Staff).

Requirements:
The request for a new mobile number and/or terminal must be submitted by the person responsible for the budget code, through the UMH Telephony Management application.

Service Request:
The request for a new mobile number and/or terminal must be made through the UMH Telephony Management application. The responsible person can access this application through their identified access (portal).

Service Cost:

• The cost of a new mobile line will be associated with its usage. You can check the available rates in the UMH Telephony Management application.
• The cost of a mobile terminal can be consulted in the UMH Telephony Management application.
