Description:

The IT Infrastructure Service offers telephony services for the entire University.

The current voice communications infrastructure at UMH consists of an IP telephony system, owned by the UMH, under the Cisco unified communications platform.
The telephony system is part of the University’s network infrastructure, taking advantage of the data network’s high availability capacity and the flexibility it provides.

Recipients:
This service is provided to all UMH staff.
