Description:
The IT Infrastructure Service offers the possibility of assigning fixed IP addresses to equipment that requires it due to its function at the University.

Recipients:
This service is offered to both the PAS (Administrative and Support Staff) and the PDI (Teaching and Research Staff) of the UMH.

Requirements:
To request a fixed IP reservation for a device, it will be necessary to provide the following information:

• The MAC address of the equipment’s network adapter.
• Location (Room/Area).
• Code of the network outlet where the equipment will be connected.
• Person responsible for the equipment.
• Reason for the reservation requirement.
• Open ports for that IP.

Service Request:
To request a fixed IP, the service request form available at Fixed_IP_request must be filled out.

This form must be sent duly completed, signed, and stamped by both the applicant and the person responsible who authorizes the request.
