Installation or upgrade UMH software base

Description: The base software available at the University and its licenses are:

  • Windows Operating System (Upgrade license).

  • Microsoft Office (Campus License).

  • Adobe Acrobat Professional (Campus License).

  • TrendMicro OfficeScan Antivirus (Campus License).

  • Titanium Internet Security 2011 Antivirus (Campus License).

Recipients: This service is provided to all UMH personnel.

Requirements: The equipment for which the software installation or update is requested must be inventoried and have an underlying Windows license.

Service Request: This service must be requested through the Incident Reception and Service Request Center.
