Through tickb.umh.es, the University community is offered access to the knowledge base. Currently, this platform has more than 120 articles available in Spanish, Valencian, and English, and they are continuously being expanded and updated to facilitate user self-resolution of ICT problems or queries that may arise regarding the services we offer.
