Description:
The IT Infrastructure Service manages hardware resource requests for the Administrative and Support Staff (PAS).

For every computer equipment request we receive, we evaluate the needs of the workstation for which it is intended.

This way, we aim to adapt the equipment to the real needs of our users.

Recipients:
This service is provided to all UMH administrative and support staff (PAS).

Requirements:
IT equipment must be requested by the supervisor of the person who needs it.

Service Request:
This service must be requested through our Incident and Service Request Support Center
