Request Management Tool (cau.umh.es)

To request technical support from the CAU, the management tool cau.umh.es is available. Since it is linked to the Knowledge Base TicKB.umh.es, suggestions and solutions to the request are displayed at the same time the user is writing it.

Tracking: Each request to the CAU receives an identification number so that the user can track it, view the technicians’ comments, and add their own comments to the request.

Notifications: The user is informed of every change in the request via an email that keeps them updated on its progress.

Completion: Once the request is completed, the user receives a message notifying them and informing them of the possibility of completing a satisfaction survey, which is used to continuously improve the support offered by the CAU.
