The User Support Center (CAU) is responsible for resolving doubts, problems, incidents, and requests raised by users regarding the University’s inventoried computer equipment and the services offered by the Vice-Rectorate for Infrastructure.

The Vice-Rectorate for Infrastructure manages these services through the IT Infrastructure Service (SII) and the Technological Innovation and Planning Service (SIPT), with the CAU being the single and centralized service desk for any member of the university community, including PDI, PTGAS, and students, and in general for any group belonging to the UMH.
