Always seeking ways to <\/span>improve and simplify the management<\/b> of your requests and incidents, Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University (UMH) is taking a step forward. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that shortly, our service will join others at this university in adopting the <\/span>new Incident and Request Management tool, called Ticketing UMH<\/b>.<\/span> <\/p>\n Accessing this new platform will be as easy as ever:<\/span> <\/p>\n We want to highlight that this new tool is an <\/span>in-house development project by Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University<\/b>. This allows us to adapt it perfectly to our specific needs and ensure full integration with the existing infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n Furthermore, its use is <\/span>fully integrated with the university’s single sign-on access<\/b>, guaranteeing security and facilitating access with your usual credentials.<\/span><\/p>\n Along with the launch of the new support tool, we want to offer you an additional high-value resource for <\/span>self-help and doubt resolution<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n Shortly, we will make the new <\/span>self-help blog TickB<\/a><\/b> available to the university community. This space has been created to become your first stop when resolving common problems. Currently, TickB has <\/span>more than 150 consultation articles<\/b> available in <\/span>Spanish, Valencian, and English<\/b>.
