This system aims to <\/span><b>provide greater feedback<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and improve the quality of the service offered by collecting user opinions quickly and efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>How does it work?<\/b><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At the end of each call, users are informed that they can participate in a brief survey. <\/span><b>The survey consists of a single question<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, asking the user to rate the telephone assistance received on a scale from 1 to 5.
