reasons:<b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Justified cause (defective product or non-compliant with the request):<\/strong> returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days following receipt, with the supplier bearing the costs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Without a specific cause:<\/strong> the petitioner will have 14 calendar days from receipt, provided the product has not been unpacked, with the return costs borne by the petitioner.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In both cases, the return must be processed class=\"accordions-head-title\">Do I need to inventory a product if it is listed in the Framework Agreement (FA) for consumables?<\/span>\r\n                                        <\/div>\r\n                <div class=\"accordion-content content1773391885296 \">\r\n                    <p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The fact that an item (such as hard drives, memory, graphics cards, etc.) is acquired through the FA for consumables does not exempt the obligation to inventory it.
