{"id":4192,"date":"2026-02-11T09:30:42","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T08:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sii.umh.es\/?page_id=4192"},"modified":"2026-03-13T11:23:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T10:23:15","slug":"procedimiento-completo-de-compra-de-material-fungible-informatico","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sii.umh.es\/en\/acuerdos_marco\/2025_am_08-acuerdo-marco-de-material-informatico-fungible-y-consumibles-de-impresion\/procedimiento-completo-de-compra-de-material-fungible-informatico\/","title":{"rendered":"Complete purchasing procedure for IT consumables (2025_AM_08)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Purchases will be made <\/span><b>through the <a href=\"https:\/\/universite.umh.es\/pedidos\/\">ORDERING APPLICATION<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/universite.umh.es\/pedidos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3805\" src=\"https:\/\/sii.umh.es\/files\/2025\/02\/ICONO-abre-en-nueva-ventana.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please note that the Framework Agreement<\/span> <b>requires requesting offers from all companies<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in the corresponding lot<\/span> <b>that have the desired product in their catalog<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">; the procedure to follow to fulfill this requirement is described below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contracts based on this Framework Agreement may only be concluded between UMH and the awarded companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the item (reference) is available from several approved companies, <\/span><b style=\"background-color: #ffe000\">the requester must request offers from all of them before awarding the contract<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;max-width: 80%;border: 2px red solid;padding: 13px;margin: 20px 10px 23px 10%\"><b style=\"color:red\">\u26a0\ufe0f IMPORTANT:<\/b> If the item exceeds <b>\u20ac300 (excl. VAT)<\/b> and its useful life is <b>longer than one year<\/b>, you must contact <b>Patrimony<\/b> for inventory purposes, regardless of whether it is classified as consumable material in the Framework Agreement.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contracts will be governed by the <strong>lowest prices<\/strong> offered in the application.
