(CAU)<\/strong> is the main point of contact for requesting help, reporting an issue, or submitting a request related to the University&#8217;s IT services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0;color: #1f1f1f;font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.7\">When a member of the university community contacts the CAU through the form, by phone, chat, or email, a tracking ticket is created and the request is
