For further details, please consult the <a href=\"https:\/\/servicioptai.umh.es\/unidad-pas\/calendario-laboral-pas\/\">PTGAS Labor Calendar<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">In-person assistance:<\/b> Please request an appointment on our website <a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/cau.umh.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hveid=\"0\" data-ved=\"0CAAQ_4QMahgKEwi4kcHDsrOSAxUAAAAAHQAAAAAQ1AE\">cau.umh.es<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Telephone:<\/b> 96665(8582)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\"><b data-path-to-node=\"19\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Description:<\/b> The IT Infrastructure Service has a User Support Center (CAU) whose function is to offer support to UMH users in resolving incidents regarding the University&#8217;s inventoried computer equipment and other services offered.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20\">In order to cover all types of incidents and service requests, we have:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"21\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"21,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Support Technicians:<\/b> they provide assistance via telephone and Remote Control, serving as the first level of support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"21,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Field Technicians:<\/b> they provide in-person assistance and travel to the different campuses if the incident so requires.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"21,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Specialist Technicians:<\/b> they provide technical support to the support and field groups when the type of incident or request requires it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"22\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Target Audience:<\/b> This service is provided to all UMH personnel.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\"><b data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Requirements:<\/b> Incidents will be resolved and service requests will be attended to regarding the University&#8217;s inventoried computer equipment. Personal and non-inventoried equipment are not covered by this service.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"24\"><b data-path-to-node=\"24\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Request and\/or access to the service:<\/b> Communication of incidents and service requests must be made through the <a href=\"http:\/\/cau.umh.es\"><b data-path-to-node=\"24\" data-index-in-node=\"111\">Incident Reception and Service Request Center<\/b><\/a>.
