If a request for accessible information or a complaint has been denied, if the interested person disagrees with the decision adopted, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112\/2018, the interested person may file a complaint to learn the reasons for the denial and challenge them, request that appropriate measures be taken when they disagree with the decision, or explain why they consider that the response does not meet the applicable requirements.<\/p>\n<p>A complaint may also be filed if twenty business days have passed without a response.
