{"id":4192,"date":"2026-02-11T09:30:42","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T08:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sii.umh.es\/?page_id=4192"},"modified":"2026-03-13T11:23:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T10:23:15","slug":"procedimiento-completo-de-compra-de-material-fungible-informatico","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sii.umh.es\/ca\/acuerdos_marco\/2025_am_08-acuerdo-marco-de-material-informatico-fungible-y-consumibles-de-impresion\/procedimiento-completo-de-compra-de-material-fungible-informatico\/","title":{"rendered":"Procediment complet de compra de material fungible inform\u00e0tic (2025_AM_08)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les compres es realitzaran <\/span><b>a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/universite.umh.es\/pedidos\/\">l&#8217;APLICACI\u00d3 DE COMANDES<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/universite.umh.es\/pedidos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3805\" src=\"https:\/\/sii.umh.es\/files\/2025\/02\/ICONO-abre-en-nueva-ventana.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es tindr\u00e0 en compte que l&#8217;AM<\/span> <b>obliga a demanar oferta a totes les empreses<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">del lot corresponent<\/span> <b>que tinguen en el seu cat\u00e0leg el producte que es desitja adquirir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a continuaci\u00f3 es descriu el procediment a seguir per a complir aquest requisit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els contractes basats en aquest Acord Marc nom\u00e9s podran celebrar-se entre la UMH i les empreses adjudicat\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si l&#8217;article (refer\u00e8ncia) est\u00e0 disponible en diverses empreses homologades, <\/span><b style=\"background-color: #ffe000\">el sol\u00b7licitant ha de sol\u00b7licitar ofertes a totes elles abans d&#8217;adjudicar el contracte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;max-width: 80%;border: 2px red solid;padding: 13px;margin: 20px 10px 23px 10%\"><b style=\"color:red\">\u26a0\ufe0f IMPORTANT:<\/b> Si l&#8217;article supera els <b>300 \u20ac (IVA excl\u00f2s)<\/b> i la seua vida \u00fatil \u00e9s <b>major a un any<\/b>, s&#8217;ha de comunicar amb <b>Patrimoni<\/b> per al seu inventariat, independentment que estiga catalogat com a material fungible en l&#8217;Acord Marc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els contractes es regiran pels <strong>preus m\u00e9s baixos<\/strong> oferits en l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.
