{"id":3758,"date":"2025-03-27T13:54:12","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T12:54:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sii.umh.es\/?page_id=3758"},"modified":"2026-02-09T09:25:01","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T08:25:01","slug":"procedimiento-completo-de-compra-de-material-informatico-inventariable","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sii.umh.es\/ca\/acuerdos_marco\/2024_am_09-acuerdo-marco-de-material-informatico-inventariable\/procedimiento-completo-de-compra-de-material-informatico-inventariable\/","title":{"rendered":"Procediment complet de compra de material inform\u00e0tic inventariable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les compres es realitzaran <\/span><b>a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;APLICACI\u00d3 DE COMANDES<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/universite.umh.es\/pedidos\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/universite.umh.es\/pedidos\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es tindr\u00e0 en compte que l&#8217;AM<\/span> <b>obliga a demanar oferta a totes les empreses<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">del lot corresponent<\/span> <b>que tinguen en el seu cat\u00e0leg el producte que es desitja adquirir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, s&#8217;explicar\u00e0 el procediment per a complir aquest requisit en els passos a seguir que es descriuen a continuaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els contractes basats en aquest Acord Marc nom\u00e9s podran celebrar-se entre la UMH i les empreses adjudicat\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si l&#8217;article est\u00e0 disponible en<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> una \u00fanica empresa homologada, el sol\u00b7licitant podr\u00e0 adjudicar directament el contracte mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de gesti\u00f3 de comandes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si l&#8217;article est\u00e0 disponible en diverses empreses homologades, <\/span><b style=\"background-color: #ffe000\">el sol\u00b7licitant ha de sol\u00b7licitar ofertes a totes elles abans d&#8217;adjudicar el contracte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els contractes es regiran pels preus m\u00e9s baixos oferits en l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.
